SG INTERNATIONAL FZC has been duly incorporated as a Free Zone Company with limited liability pursuant to Emiri Decree No. (6) of 1995 of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi Ruler of Sharjah, the Emirate of Sharjah Executive Council Resolution No.(1) of 2000 and the Implementing Rules and Regulations thereto issued by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority and registered in the FZC Register this Twenty Sixth of September 2016.

This certificate is issued subject to and upon the terms contained in the said Emiri Decree, the Executive Council Resolution and Implementing Rules and Regulations thereto (as the same may be amended from time to time) and any FZC notices issued or to be issued by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority from time to time and the licence issued or to be issued by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority in respect of the aforementioned Free Zone Company.
