Chemical Fume Hood is three sides closed and front side provided with 5 mm thick clear glass / polycarbonate up & down sliding door. The fume chamber will be provided with a centrifugal blower mounted on top of the Hood / on the terrace, coupled directly with a suitable motor for sucking the fumes from the hood and forcing it to go out to the atmosphere through the duct. The blower and casing will be made of mild steel with FRP lining with paint finish.

HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL CABINET ………………………………………………………………………………………………………….Suitable for carrying out different quality control tests under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity. Inner chamber consists of S.S. and outer wall of, M.S. sheet duly powder cotied painted. The gap of 75m.m. between the outer and inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. A self-cooled air circulation fan is fitted to maintain uniform temperature and humidity conditions throughout the chamber. Temp. Range from room to 60.c is controlled by “p I d controller with an accuracy of + 1°C. Humidity is controlled through and p I d controller, thus controlling the desired set humidity ranger room to humidity to 95% +3%.

Innovative Environmental Chamber is designed for drying environment of plant and animal growth, investigation of vapor roofless of packed materials, determination of dielectric strength, insulation tests electrical components and many other tests requiring an atmosphere of control temp. and humidity.
